Refund and Cancellation Policy —

If a consultation is canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time, the Client is entitled to a full refund of the consultation fees minus transaction charges deducted by payment aggregators and currency exchange, as applicable. If a client terminates a representation before completion, any refund, credit or outstanding balance will be determined under the applicable engagement agreement, professional-responsibility rules and law, taking into account work performed, earned fees, costs and expenses, and applicable payment-processing or currency-conversion charges.
